The Jobe Fragment vest offers one of the most unique looking jackets around, complete with a premium cut and fit to match. With a soft plush PVC foam inner and limestone neoprene, the Fragment is incredibly soft and moldable, and with fully separated foam panels, you get entirely unhindered movement with panels shifting and flexing with ease. Finally, the laser-cut neoprene outer brings a look to the Fragment that will catch your eye every time you step onto the dock.
